Applicant must first pass the general secondary School certificate conducted by the Somaliland Ministry of education and higher education. Or equivalent from recognized institution will have their certificates examined and approved by the academic committee. 2. Registration fees is $20 dollar and not refundable. 3. Applicants should attach two recent passport sizes to their application forms.
