Tima-ade University recently hosted an official handover ceremony, marking a key administrative transition within the institution. Dr. Sacad Ahmed Abdiwali, who previously served as the Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs, formally transferred his duties to Honorable Khalid Mohamed Ismail, the Head of the Hargeisa Branch, who will take over the role on an acting basis. During his tenure, Dr. Sacad successfully managed multiple complex academic portfolios and oversaw various departments across the university. Addressing the faculty and staff at the event, he shared that he was deeply honored and fulfilled by his time serving the institution and working alongside its dedicated employees. Dr. Sacad also offered inspiring guidance and words of encouragement to the university staff, urging them to maintain their high standards.
